We will do assessment and budget estimation based on your property type, budget allocation, as well as design recommendations.

PRESENTATION
Our business development representative will introduce you about our company, and do a presentation of our business proposal for your better understanding.
STAGE 2: REFURBISHMENT & RENOVATION

RENOVATION
After we receive renovation fee from you, our contractor will renovate your house with top-notch quality materials and reliable craftsmanship.

SPEEDY DELIVERY
We provide quality end product and yet quick delivery, the faster the renovation the faster you will receive your return of investment.

OWNER INSPECTION
After we’ve renovate your unit, we will invite you to come and stay at your own unit, to inspect the conditions and experience the beautiful homestay as the first guest.
STAGE 3: SYSTEM & MARKETING

SYSTEM & OTA
We will setup a hotel system that link with all major OTA, to ensure we can get bookings from various booking site.

MARKETING & PROMO
Our marketing team will do marketing and promotions on major social media to attract public to come to stay.

SHORT-TERM RENT
Your beautiful homestay unit is all set and ready, ready to welcome its’ first guest to check-in, ready to earn monthly income for its’ owner.
STAGE 4: CHECK-IN/OUT & HOUSEKEEPING

CHECK-IN
Our receptionist will greet and welcome our guests at the reception, handover key and collect payment from guests.

HOUSEKEEPING
After guests check-out from your unit, our housekeepers will clean-up the unit, refill all amenities, and ready the unit for the upcoming guests.

HOUSE MAINTENANCE
Wear & tear is unavoidable in homestay business, but worry not. Our maintenance team will inspect, repair and do maintenance on your unit from time to time to maintain its’ good conditions.
STAGE 5: PROFIT & REPORT

ACCOUNTING
Our accountant will calculate the revenue and profits based on our room sales.

REPORT
We will provide every owner a monthly rental income report, which including sales figure, expenses and profit in very details manner.

PROFIT PAYOUT
Last but no least, we will online-transfer the owner rental profit to your bank account by the 15th of every month.
